By submitting your order, you agree to the following: You must be at least 18 yearsof age to order. For all design services under $200 payment in full is expected at the time you place your order. For design services over $200, 1/2 down is expected at the time you place your order with the balance due upon final approval of the artwork. For all services, balance must be paid in full prior to delivery of final files. A $99 non-refundable deposit applies to all design work. This means that if you decide not to proceed with your project at any time prior to approval of final files you are entitled a refund of the fees paid less the $99 deposit. I retain the right to display all final artwork in my online and print portfolios unless the client requests otherwise. On any item that will be printed, it is strongly advised client obtains a printed proof from his/her print shop. Colors onscreen may or may not accurately reflect color in print due to monitor calibration issues. Client is responsible for proofing all items for typos etc. and must approve a final proof prior to any artwork files being released. Files are not archived indefinitely and clients are encouraged to make CD or DVD backup copies of all files. For any client-supplied photos, proof of copyright may be required. LOGO DESIGN: Client assumes all responsibility for trademark research/registration. Artwork submitted during the logo design process does not knowingly infringe on any third party rights, however, since trademark status is granted at the discretion of the USPTO, I cannot guarantee with 100% certainty trademark approval will be granted. During the logo design process, you'll be presented with several design options. Any design or design elements not included in the final logo remain the property of Jennifer Johnson/BlueCherry graphics. STOCK ARTWORK: any stock artwork purchased must be used in accordance with the terms of the license agreement, which is accessible from the item display/description page. PRINTING SERVICES: all printed products are custom products and not eligible for refund once the order is placed.
